Hey everyone!
The last week for me has been so so busy so I'm writing a quick blog post to update you all on what's been happening in my life lately!
Basically, for the last six days I went to a camp in Wales and we weren't allowed any mobile devices so I had to queue the posts I was uploading each day which was crazy because it meant that once a post was uploaded, I couldn't let you all know by Twitter or Instagram. Through this, I feel that a lot of good posts I've uploaded haven't been viewed by as many people as I would have liked.
Therefore I've been tweeting and encouraging you all to check out my last few posts because I spent a lot of time on them and think you will enjoy them!
I will be posting at least one blog post about my time away in Wales as I have many photos to share with you all!
I'm also really looking forward to August as I have at least one day trip away planned, my birthday and at least two concerts so a lot will be happening!

Tag: The Beauty Blogger
Hey guys! I've decided to do another getting-to-know-me project haha! I really hope you're enjoying my blog so far as I've only really started this month! Please let me know if there's anything in particular you would like me to include or review! Thanks for all the support guys, it means a lot!!
I'm currently away for the weekend so I will have a post up soon letting you know what I did!
Today I am doing the Beauty Blogger Tag as it is very relevant to my blog as I enjoy posting about make up! Enjoy!!
1. Is your hair naturally curly or straight?
My hair is naturally very curly but I have a few bits that are less curly than others! I've challenged myself to not straighten my hair all summer so it's in really good condition - eeeek!
2. What is your natural hair colour?
Light brown.
3. Do you dye it yourself or go to a salon?
I've never actually dyed my hair but if I did, I would probably go to a salon.
4. How often do you wash your hair?
I would probably wash my hair every other day. It's really bad to wash your hair every day so I try doing that as little as possible.
5. Do you wear the same style every day or change it?
Of clothes? I would change it depending on my mood, if I'm tired I would opt for something dark like black leggings and a hoodie so I'm comfy. However, if I'm going out shopping I would try to wear something a bit fancier like patterned or coloured jeans with a nice top and a jacket. It just depends on the occasion, the weather and the season I guess! I'm not sure what this question meant, but if it meant style of hair then..I try to change my style of hair as much as possible!
6. Do you do your own mani/pedi or go to a salon?
I would do both really. I would do my own but then if I'm feeling like treating myself I would go to a salon.
7. How often do you change your nail polish?
Every other day or maybe every three days.
8. Do you polish your toes in winter too, or just summer?
I have my toe nails polished 24/7 no matter what time of the year it is! I hate unpainted toe nails!
9. How long does it take to put on your make up?
It depends on what look I'm going for. If I'm not wearing full coverage then probably 15-20minutes. But if I'm doing very statement make up it could take over an hour, but somehow I always run out of time when doing my make up before I go out so I have to rush towards the end!
10. What do you do first? Face or eyes?
Face, definitely. I've never tried doing my eyes first, might give it a go! I get why people do eyes first though.
11. Do you "collect" make up or just buy what you need when you need it?
I used to just buy it when I needed it but recently I've become more of a collector.
12. How often do you wear false eyelashes?
Rarely. I have very long lashes naturally so I don't really need them. I would just wear them if I was going on a formal night out.
13. Do you do a full face of make up every day?
No! I would definitely not have time for that. If I was just going to school I would mostly wear no make up unless sometimes I wear a bit of mascara. If I go out with my friends or boyfriend for dinner I would wear a full face of make up but if I'm just going to my boyfriends house I would wear very little make up.
14. Do you wear make up when you are home alone (or with family)?
Never haha. Why would you?
15. Will you leave the house without make up?
Yep. I don't wear make up to school or when playing sport.
16. How many high end products do you have?
Okay I'm not counting haha. But I have a lot of Benefit products but I don't know if people class that as high end or drug store. Some products can be expensive as it can be up to £26.50 for a highlighter and no drug store range would be that much. I guess I would have 50% drug store and 50% high end.
17. How often do you wash your make up brushes?
Definitely not as often as I should haha, oopsies.
18. Do you plan your OOTD every night or decide when you are getting dressed?
If I'm going to a party then I would have it planned before the day of it usually. But if I'm just going out shopping or for dinner with my friends or boyfriends then I would decide about half an hour before I leave the house.
19. How often do you change your handbag?
Probably every season. I would sometimes just carry a purse if I know I don't need to bring make up or anything where I'm going.
20. What time do you get up and go to sleep?
On a school night, I would go to sleep at 10:30pm and wake up at 8am. On a weekend I would to bed at about 12:30am and wake up at about 7:30am because I have hockey - boo. At summer I go to bed at about 1am and wake up at about midday which is bliss.
21. How often and when do you work out?
I do hockey and athletics - a lot. Hockey season is from about July to April and I would be training up to five times a week and two matches. Athletics season is from February to June and I would be training three times a week.
22. Left-handed or right-handed?
Right-handed!
23. How tall are you?
5"6 I think.
24. Do you speak a foreign language?
I studied German as a GCSE.
25. How many pets do you have?
I have one dog called Jasper. He's a shih tzu and is super cute. But my auntie also has a shih tzu called Candy. Jasper and Candy are brother and sister and we look after Candy during the day when my auntie goes to work.
26. How often are you on Blogger?
Every day.
27. Do you read the comments posted blogs?
Yes.
28. Do you keep a list of products to try as you see other posts?
Yes! I have a notebook especially for that actually!
29. How did you come up with your blog name?
I'm actually going to dedicate a post on this some time soon so keep a look out!
30. What type of camera do you use for photographs?
Sometimes my iPhone but the camera I use is a Nikon D3100.
31. How often do you clean your house?
Weekly. My mum does it though haha!
32. What is your favourite colour?
I really don't think I have one. Ahhhh maybe turquoise or pink or purple.
33. What is your favourite beauty/fashion magazine?
Grazia.
34. Do you swear?
Nope, I don't find it attractive. I'm not opposed to people doing it themselves though because freedom of speech and all that haha!
35. What are you actually doing with the rest of your day?
As I'm typing this, it's actually 10:30pm so I only have an hour and a half left haha! I've just come home from being out for dinner with the girls and I'm just going to look for more ideas for new posts and watch YouTube videos!

TOMS
Yesterday I went to Belfast with my mum to buy a new pair of TOMS. At first, I was stuck between getting a pair of Vans or TOMS but I went for TOMS as I don't have a pair of them and I already have a pair of Vans. My next struggle was what colour do I go for?! I decided on a neutral colour that will match basically anything I wear this summer!
The sizings on the shoes are a bit random. Inside my shoe is says W7 which means women's size 7 but that converts into a UK size 5. So basically if you are from the UK, simply just minus two sizes that are on the inside of the shoe and that is the size you need! Make sure you get your M's and W's the right way round so you get a men's pair or a women's pair.
I love how TOMS do the "One for One" as when you buy a pair of shoes, a pair goes to a child in need as well so it is all for a charitable cause. Basically by buying a super cute pair of shoes, you are also being charitable which is a win-win situation!
I'm really excited to wear these over summer and no doubt I'll have some photos with me wearing them! I have a pretty white dress which I'm going to wear with them and also they will go well with white jeans, a flowery skirt or even a pair of shorts!

Tag: 100 Questions No One Ever Asks
Hey guys! So basically as I am new to this whole blogging world, I decided to do the "100 Quesstions No One Ever Asks Tag" as I thought this would be a cool way for you all to find out a few things about me! 1. Do you sleep with your closet doors open or closed?
Closed, definitely!
2. Do you take the shampoos and conditioner bottles from hotels?
Yes, but only if they smell good and look pretty!
3. Do you sleep with your sheets tucked in or out?

4. Have you ever stolen a street sign before?
No haha!
5. Do you like to use post-it notes?
Yes! I never used to use them but recently I use them for wee reminders and also for revision.
6. Do you cut out coupons but never use them?
Yes, sometimes. I always forget that I have them and the date expires!
7. Would you rather be attacked by a big bear or a swarm of bees?
Neither really haha, but if I had to choose then definitely a big bear. I hate bees.
8. Do you have freckles?
Nope!
9. Do you always smile for photos?
Always! I always smile with my teeth, I don't enjoy those pouting poses, although some people work them really well.
10. What is your biggest pet peeve?
Ooh I have so many haha! The main one would be being able to hear people chewing their food as they eat - gross!
11. Do you ever count your steps when you walk?
Nope, it makes me feel ill haha.
12. Have you ever peed in the woods?
Unfortunately I have, once! I was hiking in the mountains and we weren't going to be near any toilets all day and it was really warm and I guess I just drank far too much water to keep hydrated - ewww haha!
13. What about pooped in the woods?
Nope, thank goodness!
14. Do you ever dance even if there's no music playing?
Yes, I love it!
15. Do you chew your pencils and pens?
No, I really hate that. I guess that would be another pet peeve of mine!

None - what kind of question is that haha!

We The Kings - Check Yes Juliet. I absolutely love these guys because the band members vlog on YouTube and they are currently touring with Warped Tour so it's so fun seeing what they all get up to! I'm also loving Fuse ODG - Dangerous Love ft. Sean Paul.
19. Is it okay for guys to wear pink?
Definitely!!
20. Do you still watch cartoons?
I never watched Family Guy before but I've started watching it a bit so yea I guess haha!
21. What's your least favourite movie?
Oooh I don't know! I don't really remember any bad movies that I've seen, I didn't really enjoy Avatar when it came out!
22. Where would you bury your hidden treasure if you had some?
Not telling - in case I do decide to hide some treasure then you all would know where it was haha!
23. What do you drink with dinner?
Milk! It's the best.
24. What do you dip a chicken nugget in?
Tomato ketchup.
25. What is your favourite food?
I don't really have one specific favourite food but I'm a really plain eater so probably chicken or pizza!
26. What movies could you watch over and over and still love?
Friends With Benefits is absolutely insane, Mila Kunis and Justin Timberlake are both incredible. Also, The Last Song and Safe Haven are so good, make me cry every time! The actors in all of these films are so talented!
27. Last person you kissed/kissed you?
That's personal haha, but I have a boyfriend so I'm sure you can guess from that!
28. Were you ever a boy/girl scout?
No, but I'm in the Girls Brigade!
29. Would you ever strip or pose nude in a magazine?
Not a chance.

Last year, at a summer camp!

No - because I can't drive yet but I'm hopefully learning this summer eeeek!

On a school night, 10:30pm and I would leave my phone downstairs but on weekends or summer then any time between 11pm-12:30am and then I would be on my phone until I get tired.

Not really, I do a lot of sport which keeps me really active and I work hard in school but I guess I would be lazy when it comes to doing chores at home.
38. When you were a kid, what did you dress up as for Halloween?
Oh I can barely remember! I didn't really enjoy Halloween but I think I just dressed up as a girly witch or something!
39. What is your Chinese astrological sign?
Ox apparently! I had to Google it haha.
40. How many languages can you speak?
English (obviously), a bit of French but very little and then also German but I'm not fluent - just studied it for GCSE but I guess I could interpret quite a lot of the language but I'm not as good at actually speaking it!
41. Do you have any magazine subscriptions?
No actually! I just buy magazines whenever I feel like it - my favourite magazines always change so I'm too worried to get a subscription then decide I like different magazines.

I've never owned either! But probably lego.

I would like to hope not!

I don't know!

Yes, I used to watch Eastenders for about 2-3 years then I didn't have time to watch them anymore!

Only if I'm messing around!

Not a legitimate one, but I've done air-soft and laser quest haha! Does that count?

Some are, but not really! I would love to see a musical in London! I'm going to London in September, so fingers crossed!

No! Just be really organised and plan in advance.

I don't know what that is, so I'm going to say no haha!

Just a regular apple pie. But even though this isn't a type of pie I once made a mango and marshmallow crumble and it was the best thing ever!

I didn't have any and I still don't have any! I have no plans or ideas for my future unfortunately!
57. Do you believe in ghosts?
I don't know...it's kind of a grey area to me.

Yeah I get that quite a lot.

No, I used to though but I'm already pretty healthy so I don't really need them.

Not really, I get really soft bed socks instead and just wear them.

Yes, 24/7. It's so comfy.

Just regular pyjamas, fluffy ones in winter and shorts in summer.

Beyonce. Definitely the best concert I've ever been to.

I've never been to America, so I don't know! Someone please take me to the USA!

Nike, always!

Mmmm I don't know really, Fritos sounds nicer I think.

I like them both, but I prefer salted peanuts.

Yes, I used to be a ballerina and a gymnast. Then I switched to field hockey and athletics haha!

Something in business, where he wears a suit haha.

Nope, never participated in one.
73. Have you ever cried because you were so happy?
Maybe once or twice, when my athletics 4x100m relay team came first in all of Ireland and I ran the final leg! I'm sure there's been a few other times too but that was the most recent.

Nope I use candles, incense would be cool though.

Yes.
78. Who would you like to see in concert?
Sooo many, including Coldplay, Justin Timberlake, Paramore, blink-182, Rihanna and P!NK.

The 1975, it was so good! I'm seeing David Guetta and Example this summer though eeeek!

Hot.

Tea, definitely!

Sugar.

I can swim, but not overly well because I've never needed to.

Yep.

To an extent, but yeah I would say that I am.

Both! Band for the first dance etc and then a DJ later on in the night to keep the evening alive.

Yes, I used to win gymnastics competitions a lot when I travelled to Southampton to compete but then I stopped. I've also won athletics competitions too, and then I won a twitter contest once where I won a hockey stick worth £300 which was sooo amazing and I love it! I also won tickets to see Pixie Lott live and Jesus Christ Super Star.

Nope.

Ewww neither.
90. Can you knit or crochet?
Not really.

Living room.

On a school night, 10:30pm and I would leave my phone downstairs but on weekends or summer then any time between 11pm-12:30am and then I would be on my phone until I get tired.

Not really, I do a lot of sport which keeps me really active and I work hard in school but I guess I would be lazy when it comes to doing chores at home.
38. When you were a kid, what did you dress up as for Halloween?
Oh I can barely remember! I didn't really enjoy Halloween but I think I just dressed up as a girly witch or something!

Ox apparently! I had to Google it haha.
40. How many languages can you speak?
English (obviously), a bit of French but very little and then also German but I'm not fluent - just studied it for GCSE but I guess I could interpret quite a lot of the language but I'm not as good at actually speaking it!
41. Do you have any magazine subscriptions?
No actually! I just buy magazines whenever I feel like it - my favourite magazines always change so I'm too worried to get a subscription then decide I like different magazines.
42. Which are better, legos or lincoln logs?
I've never owned either! But probably lego.

I don't know!

Yes, I used to watch Eastenders for about 2-3 years then I didn't have time to watch them anymore!

Some are, but not really! I would love to see a musical in London! I'm going to London in September, so fingers crossed!

No! Just be really organised and plan in advance.

Just a regular apple pie. But even though this isn't a type of pie I once made a mango and marshmallow crumble and it was the best thing ever!

I didn't have any and I still don't have any! I have no plans or ideas for my future unfortunately!

I don't know...it's kind of a grey area to me.

Yeah I get that quite a lot.

No, I used to though but I'm already pretty healthy so I don't really need them.

Not really, I get really soft bed socks instead and just wear them.

Just regular pyjamas, fluffy ones in winter and shorts in summer.

Beyonce. Definitely the best concert I've ever been to.

Mmmm I don't know really, Fritos sounds nicer I think.

Nope, never participated in one.

Maybe once or twice, when my athletics 4x100m relay team came first in all of Ireland and I ran the final leg! I'm sure there's been a few other times too but that was the most recent.

Sooo many, including Coldplay, Justin Timberlake, Paramore, blink-182, Rihanna and P!NK.

The 1975, it was so good! I'm seeing David Guetta and Example this summer though eeeek!

I can swim, but not overly well because I've never needed to.

To an extent, but yeah I would say that I am.

Both! Band for the first dance etc and then a DJ later on in the night to keep the evening alive.

Yes, I used to win gymnastics competitions a lot when I travelled to Southampton to compete but then I stopped. I've also won athletics competitions too, and then I won a twitter contest once where I won a hockey stick worth £300 which was sooo amazing and I love it! I also won tickets to see Pixie Lott live and Jesus Christ Super Star.
